What an honour it is to introduce you to our church! We are so happy you decided to check us out. We here at Waypoint are passionate about serving our community and providing a safe, welcoming place to encounter God.
We strive to be the kind of church described in the Bible – where there is relevant teaching, heartfelt worship, honest fellowship, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need.
Whether you are a lifelong believer looking for a new home church, a new Christian with questions that need answers, or aren’t quite sure what you believe yet, we have a place for you at Waypoint Church.
OUR MISSION
As followers of Jesus, we are committed to reach beyond the walls of our church building and not only exist as a place of worship, but as the hands and feet of God in our community. This is why our mission is this: more and growing followers of Jesus.
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

We strive to meet our neighbours where they are and provide them with the tools they need to foster a personal relationship with God, to grow alongside one another and to glorify the Lord with our actions.
OUR BELIEFS
We believe the Scripture to be the divinely breathed, infallible, inerrant Word of God.
We believe that there is only one God, existing eternally in three persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus, His sinless humanity, His sacrifice on the cross, and His coming again.
We believe that a person can be born again only through faith in Christ.
We believe in the reality of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Lord’s supernatural healing.
We believe in eternal life in Heaven for all those who accept Jesus into their hearts.
